Nick is a freelance writer for Heat Nation and devoted NBA fan. Growing up in Detroit, he lived Pistons basketball and to this day remembers the ’06 Dwayne Wade & Shaq Heat team that ended their Eastern Conference reign. With the Pistons far away from being title contenders, he adopted the Heat as his 2020 bubble team and was not disappointed. He graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in journalism and currently resides in Los Angeles.
