5 Signs That Point to Dwyane Wade and LeBron James Teaming up Next Season
- Updated: March 24, 2016
5. LeBron Actually Saying He Would Take a Pay Cut to Play with Dwyane
It doesn’t get any more blatant than this. But in a recent Bleacher Report article, James actually was quoted saying this:
“I really hope that, before our career is over, we can all play together,” James said. “At least one, maybe one or two seasons—me, Melo (Carmelo Anthony), D-Wade (Dwyane Wade), CP (Chris Paul)—we can get a year in. I would actually take a pay cut to do that.”
This is clearly just all speculation for now, but if you happen to see Wade and James donning the same uniform next season, just remember who said it first.
