Video: Goran Dragic Finds Full-Sized Alligator in His Backyard
- Updated: December 21, 2017

Living in South Florida comes with a lot of positives. The beaches, nightlife, and culture are several that come to mind. One not so positive aspect, however, might be the alligators that also call Miami home.
Miami Heat point guard Goran Dragic got a taste of what it means to be a true Floridian on Thursday morning when he woke up to find a huge alligator swimming in his backyard.

Moments after Dragic shared the clip, several other NBA stars weighed in his new neighbor including Heat big man Hassan Whiteside.
Give him the iron shoulder Goran

Tell him you are the dragon!! Go play with him! Lol

Luckily, it appears that a large glass divider kept the deadly reptile from getting any closer to Dragic’s home, but it was surely an unsettling site to come across nonetheless.
Dragic has missed the last two contests for the Heat after suffering a left elbow strain in last week’s game against the Los Angeles Clippers. With the Heat already dealing with a plethora of injuries, the last thing they need is for their starting point guard to go down due to a gator bite.
