Miami Heat small forward Justise Winslow took a vicious hit to the fact on Sunday night courtesy of Boston Celtics guard Isaiah Thomas.
The play occurred late in the fourth quarter as the 6-foot-7 Winslow closed out on Thomas, who proceeded to swing through with his elbows and hit Winslow right across the face.
After official review, Thomas was ejected from the game with a Flagrant 2 foul.
