Miami Heat: 5 Players That Could Fill The Void Left By Chris Bosh

4. Andrea Bargnani

Andrea Bargnani of the New York Knicks

Andrea Bargnani is a likely option provided the New York Knicks buy out the veteran center. The issue is, that may not happen.

Though the Knicks are the worst team in the league with a 10-45 record, they are extremely short-handed in terms of player personnel. Carmelo is out for the season and Amar’e Stoudemire was recently bought out and proceeded to sign with the Dallas Mavericks.

New York desperately needs a scorer on the court and they may be limited to depending upon the 29-year-old seven-footer. Over recent seasons, Bargnani has seen a major decline in his scoring due to injuries and just flat-out poor play. However, Bargnani averaged 21.4 points per game in his prime for the Toronto Raptors.

The talent is there, however, the question becomes, will the Heat have a chance to sign the nine-year veteran?
