Both Pelicans and Heat fans in the arena were ecstatic to see Wade take the court, especially after back soreness forced him to miss his final appearance in Memphis on Friday.
Tonight’s game marks the end of a tough six-game road trip for the Heat. Following the contest, they will head home for a few days of rest before taking the court at American Airlines Arena on Thursday night against the Houston Rockets.
