Nunn is one of the more underrated guards in the NBA, and he is going to fit in as a crucial backcourt piece for L.A. He will presumably see time with the second unit.
Nunn has played two seasons at the NBA level, both of which came with the Heat. In the 2020-21 season, he averaged 14.6 points, 3.2 rebounds and 2.6 assist per game. He made 48.5 percent of his shots from the field and 38.1 percent of his shots from deep.
Nunn became an unrestricted agent when the Heat pulled their qualifying offer on him. He will be a big loss, but Miami has made several key additions which will help soften the blow.
