Report: Only 2 Miami Heat Players Have Basketball Hoops Available for Court Work

Goran Dragic and Jimmy Butler

Since the novel coronavirus has forced people to stay at home, NBA players must practice basketball at their houses if they want to keep their skills intact.

However, not all players have the luxury of having a hoop at their residence.

In fact, only two players on the Miami Heat have a basketball hoop available to them amidst this quarantine.

Two of the Heat’s best players, Jimmy Butler and Goran Dragic, can maintain and sharpen their basketball skills during this tumultuous time.

Unfortunately, the rest of the roster cannot as they do not have access to baskets.

Butler, 30, has been a tremendous addition to the Heat this year. The newcomer is averaging 20.2 points, 6.6 rebounds and 6.1 assists per game this season.

Furthermore, his stellar play and leadership have uplifted the Heat to new heights. As a matter of fact, the Heat are currently fourth in the Eastern Conference.

Dragic, 33, is having strong 2019-20 campaign despite coming off the bench. While there were worries that his production would decline in the new role, the veteran has excelled with the second unit.

The 6-foot-3 guard is posting 16.1 points, 5.1 assists and 3.1 rebounds per contest this season.
